This website is an independent, non-commercial presentation created by DeadSky.Studio to offer a clearer and more considered showcase of the new euro banknote design proposals.
We do not own the banknote designs, artwork, photographs, names, trademarks, or any related intellectual property displayed here. All rights remain with their respective designers, studios, the European Central Bank, and other applicable rights holders.
This project is not affiliated with, commissioned by, or endorsed by the European Central Bank or the European Union.
Data controller
The controller responsible for this website is DEADSKY STUDIO S.R.L., Romanian unique registration code (CUI) 49942434 ("DeadSky Studio", "we", or "us").

Data we process
You do not need an account to use the website. We do not use advertising pixels, audience analytics, profiling, or marketing cookies.
When you visit, the hosting and security infrastructure automatically processes limited technical data needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, request date and time, requested URL, HTTP headers, browser and device information, traffic-routing data, and security or bot signals.
If you email us, we process the contact details, message content, and related correspondence that you choose to provide.
Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering the website and its content, based on our legitimate interest in publishing and operating this independent showcase (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Protecting the website, preventing malicious traffic, abuse, and fraud, and diagnosing technical problems, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Responding to enquiries, corrections, rights requests, and intellectual-property concerns, based on our legitimate interest in communicating about the project (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Meeting legal obligations and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, where necessary (Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare protection and cookies
The website is delivered through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare provides content delivery, traffic routing, network security, and bot-abuse protection.
Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated or malicious traffic. Cloudflare states that it contains encrypted bot-management information, is not a user ID, does not track visitors across sites or sessions, and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Because this cookie is required for security, it is used without consent.

Processors and recipients
We use OpenAI's Sites infrastructure to host and operate the website. OpenAI and its authorised service providers process technical data needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. Cloudflare Ltd. and its affiliates provide content delivery and network-security services.
If you contact us, our email service provider processes your correspondence. Data may also be disclosed to professional advisers, courts, regulators, or public authorities when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell visitor data.
International transfers
Service providers may process technical data in the European Economic Area and in other countries, including the United States. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an applicable adequacy decision, providers state that they use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary security measures.

Retention
- The __cf_bm security cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity.
- We do not maintain a separate visitor database or analytics history. Technical and security logs available to us are kept for no longer than 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary to investigate an incident, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.
- Email correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last exchange, unless it must be kept longer for a legal obligation or claim.
- Infrastructure providers retain their operational and security data according to their applicable contracts, documented retention schedules, and legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability where applicable. You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including on grounds relating to your particular situation.
This website does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not currently rely on consent as a legal basis. Send requests to office@deadsky.studio. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the country of your residence, workplace, or the alleged infringement. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
